How to reach us
From Florence:
Highway A1 (Firenze - Roma) exit Valdarno. After the exit follow the direction Levane -Bucine and in about 8 km , you will be in the Center of Levane. At the traffic light , turn left and follow the direction towards Arezzo ( you are now on S.S.69 road) - after about 4 kms ,you will see on your left the sign "Montalto -Laterina". Turn left there and follow the road for approximately 6 km, until you reach a cross road ( Laterina is on the hill on your left), on your left there is also a big Tamoil gas station. Here you turn right "Via Fabbrica" and follow the road until you cross the bridge over the Arno River, after you cross the bridge turn right immediately following the white road (Via Santa Maria in Valle) for about 2.8 km and you will reach the old church and our house.
From PISA:
Highway A11 (direction Florence), at Florence (without leaving the highway),take Highway A1 towards ROME. Highway A1 (Firenze - Roma) exit Valdarno. From ROME:
Highway A1 towards Florence,exit AREZZO.
At Arezzo exit turn left and go on straight following the sign AREZZO cittą, after approx. 3,8 km turn right following the sing PONTE A CHIANI and go on until you reach the junction, there turn left and follow the sign INDICATORE-MONTEVARCHI- Firenze, ( you are now on S.S.69 road) go on straight untill you reach Ponticino and on the right there is the sign LATERINA, turn right, and after aprox. 2,5 km before the bridge on the Arno rive, turn left (white road)and follow the brow sign "Santuario di Santa Maria in Valle", follow the road and after approx. 2,8 km you will arrive at Borgo Santa Maria in valle.
